AIExposure ("we", "us") operates aiexposure.io, an AI-visibility audit service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are. If you have any question, write to info@aiexposure.io.

What we collect

  • Website URL and email address — when you submit the audit form. We use them to run the audit, show you the results, and answer questions about your report.
  • Payment data — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store only the payment status, amount and a Stripe reference linked to your audit.
  • Usage analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how the site is used. You can decline this in the cookie banner; the site works fully without it.
  • Technical logs — our infrastructure providers keep standard server logs (IP address, time, request) for security and abuse prevention.

Why we process it (legal bases)

  • To deliver the service you requested (running your audit, generating reports, processing your purchase) — performance of a contract.
  • To answer your questions and improve the product — legitimate interest.
  • Analytics and advertising measurement — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, storage and database infrastructure.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google — analytics and ads measurement (only with your consent).

Retention

Audit results and lead data are kept while they are useful to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@aiexposure.io — we will delete it within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email info@aiexposure.io.

Cookies

We use only functional storage (theme preference, consent choice) plus — with your consent — Google Analytics/Ads cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date above always reflects the latest version.
